So as you all know pretty well by now, Forestia is a pretty complex place. It may not be as complex as our own planet, but it's certainly got a level of depth to it. So, I thought I'd create a post dedicated to some fun facts about Forestia you may or may not know! Let's get going.
Their Magic Is Known as "Jupiter"
The form of magic used on the planet Forestia is known as "jupiter". Nobody is really sure where this mysterious power comes from, but when harnessed some crazy things happen. Every Forestian is born with jupiter in their soul, but only about half of the population knows how to harness this power. Jupiter-based powers including anything from elemental magic, resurrection, teleportation, psychokinesis, and of course matter manipulation. Jupiter can also be harvested in a physical form known as "jupiter stone", but this material is extraordinarily rare. In the Empire of Tapula, there are mines dedicated to finding this material. This material works in ways similar to the legendary "philosopher's stone" here on Earth.
Midbranch Is A Mysterious "War-Free" Zone
That big surfing city that used to be Sonic and Kilo's home before moving to Avinville? This city is actually a very famous city on the planet. Not only is it Forestia's equivalent to Los Angeles, but it's notorious for being the oldest city on the continent of Angelon to have never been invaded. During the New Stellian Revolution, the "Battle of Midbranch" took place just north of Midbranch. Stellian and New Stellian soldiers had trouble making their way to the city.
There Are "Seven World Wonders" On Forestia
It's true! Forestia has its own seven world wonders.
Liadied Valley Is A Meteor Crater
Around 25 million years before modern Forestia, the world was filled with ancient dinosaur-like creatures and other ancient beasts. All of that changed when a massive asteroid made its way through Forestia's atmosphere and crashed into modern-day Liadied. The average height of Liadied is 200 ft. below sea level. Diedresk is a massive waterfall pouring into the valley's river from the Cenaro Sea, but it will never fill it up completely. The area is simply just too hot for water to stay there forever.
Phaeton Is Not Alone
Everyone is somewhat familiar with the story of phaeton, correct? Some crazy scientist named Phaeton decided to make some chemical, and the Stellian government liked the idea. Civil war broke out, and New Stellia appeared. That's not the full story though! Phaeton is a clone of Cenou's blood, the divine of the sea. Phaeton happened to find some of her blood in the Cenaro sea and took some samples, cloned it, and then the testing went out of control. Cenou isn't the only divine with blood obviously, so the other divines must have some special blood too right? Yes!
Raedon is not harmful at all, but it does mutate Forestians living in higher altitudes. The substance itself is Aegra's blood, and lighter than air. It gives Forestians wings if their parents contracted raedon while alive.
Gaedon was artificially created in a lab. All it does is neutralize the effects of phaeton. It must be constantly injected though, so many wear wristbands known as "gaedon wristbands" to neutralize their phaeton problems.
Faedon is Scagnor's blood. She is the divine of the earth and grounds, so she spends much of her time underground. Naturally, this makes it difficult to access. It's a very powerful source of fuel, sort of like oil here on Earth. It's also harvested in a similar way. Forestians nickname faedon, "fades".
Porton has extraordinarily unpredictable side effects. It is unknown which divine it comes from, but most believe it to come from either Lomari or Uqua. Literally anything might happen to your body if digested.
Phaeton Faedon isn't the same as faedon. It's basically pink phaeton with more extreme side effects, and a higher chance of death. It was created by accident when mixing phaeton with various chemicals.
The Phaeton Icon
The logo for the Phaeton Foundation is undoubtedly iconic, but most don't know where it comes from. It's the flag of Stellia's crest, copied and inverted. New Stellia decided to not change the way the logo looks, despite New Stellia no longer using live Forestian test subjects for their phaeton tests. This is because Snowball wanted the company's logo to be a reminder of its evil origins, hoping to deter future Forestians from conducting similar tests.
New Stellia Wasn't Just About Phaeton
New Stellia did start a civil war in Stellia, and phaeton was indeed a huge part of it. This isn't the only reason a war started, though. An extremist group known as "humanists" believed that humans were above all other Forestians, dubbing everyone else "animals", even human-like races such as elves and dwarves. Of course not all humans were bad, and many fought in the war alongside Snowball and friends. In the end, Stellia died out and New Stellia became a world power.
Countries and States Are Based On Real Places
This may not be a surprise to some, but it's still a fun fact anyway. Here are just a few examples.
50% of Everything Is Made By OrangeStripes
The OrangeStripes Corperation owns 50% of the stock on the planet of Forestia. Prior to the New Stellian revolution, they were only as big as Walmart. Now they could buy almost any country if they wanted to(except for Tapula). They make every sort of product you can think of, even the ones that seem completely useless. Like a vibrating computer mouse.
Snowball Holds Little Power
The Empire of New Stellia hails Snowball Frederick Williams as its emperor, but what power does he really have? As it turns out, he can't really do much without the approval of his two generals, and the Council of States. Once Snowball either passes away or retires, the citizens of the country vote on which general will take the throne following him. After that, the new emperor or empress chooses a member from the Council of States to take their place as general, and the citizens of that state vote for a new council member. The council and generals will usually be in favor of their leaders decisions, so when they are, then the emperor or empress has their power.
You Have To Worship Nibbles
In Archstemina, it is a law for you to go to church every morning and say your prayers to Nibbles. If you do not either call in sick at your local church, or if you are not under the age of 13, then you can be fined. King Scott XVI is currently trying to repeal the law, but it has so many supporters within the nation itself, making it difficult to break tradition.
Tapula and Archstemina Were Historically Sexist
Back in the early days of Forestia's civilized life, Tapula and Archstemina really didn't like each other for the same reason. Up until after the fall of Angelon, Archstemina would not allow women to take the throne. Men were always the authority, and women would not question it. In ancient Tapula, things were much worse. Men were useless to society, and used as soldiers and slaves. The queens and ladies of ancient Tapula believed men only existed for reproduction, and that afterward they should be disposed of. Times have changed, and both countries are much more tolerant now.
Gender Doesn't Exist On New Stellian Documents
Officially, when you're registered as a citizen at birth, your gender is not stated on your birth certificate. Your sex is important however, but it is not stated on your birth certificate. It is stated in school files, usually by your parents, when you register for elementary school. The only reason this is necessary is because of the biological differences between men and women for school activities. Other than that, you will never be asked by any official paper what your gender or sex is.
The Anodas Has Yellow Sand
Not the bright peachy yellow you see here on Earth, but it's actually bright golden yellow. What a strange desert indeed. It also happens to be the hottest desert on the planet.
And that's all for now! If you want some more fun facts, just let me know. Which facts stood out to you? Which facts do you have questions about! Let me know in the comments!

There Are "Seven World Wonders" On Forestia
It's true! Forestia has its own seven world wonders.
- Infinity Tower; A tower older than the ancient kingdom of Akurei. It is found in Kohstra, Rebylu in Archstemina. The structure of the tower is ten thousand years ahead of its time. Nobody is sure of its origin. Some suspect aliens, some suspect the infamous "Red Hand Cult". Most just enjoy its almost perfectly preserved beauty, though.
- The Bimozu Peninsula; A colossal peninsula the size of a large city, built entirely by the natives of the area. Ever notice this odd lump protruding from southern Shisui? This is the Bimozu Peninsula. It was built by the ancient Shisuese of the area, somewhere between 1E050 and 1E100. Nobody is sure of its purpose.
- Takyuri Palace; An ancient palace built by the queen Yukihara of Tapula in 2E120. The palace was built as a memorial of her three children, who fell victim to Tapula's bitter cold. Many Forestians visit this place on Mother's Day, for it is seen as a testament of how powerful a mother's love can truly be.
- Angelon Castle; King Eric, Blue, Green, Snow, and many other famous Angelese figures stood within the walls of this castle when the Kingdom of Angelon was still prominent in the world. Now it serves as a museum in Ravenwood, New Stellia.
- Mt. Thunder; The only natural wonder on this list, Mt. Thunder is located north of Cayro, New Stellia. There is no historical proof any Forestian has ever reached the peak alive, as it stands twice the height of Mt. Everest. Angelon's legend of Blue the Dragon Slayer claims he summitted the mountain with his brother and comrades, but it's more likely they made it about halfway up. Nobody is sure what lays at the peak. It's probably just lots of snow.
- Great Pyramid of Puman; Central State Shisui is filled with all sorts of pyramids and fascinating structures. None compare to the Pyramid of Puman, which is said to house the burial site of King Xin'teq, Shisui's greatest hero. Shisui's government has a strict law stating that anyone to come within ten meters of the pyramid is to be killed on site. Still looks awesome from a distance, though.
- The Garden of Scott; Currently the capital of Archstemina, the Garden of Scott is a massive castle constructed over 2,000 years ago when King Scott II had become king. He was the first son of Nibbles to take the throne, transforming Archstemina into the world power religious state it is in modern Forestia. The castle itself is about a kilometer in length, and 3/4 a kilometer in width. A fourth of the castle is a massive garden that has been tended to since the castle's construction began.
